Creatrne is operated by Priyatharshini C, an individual sole proprietor based in Navi Mumbai, India. By using Creatrne, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. What Creatrne Is

Creatrne is a software productivity tool for content creators. It is a recurring SaaS subscription that provides a workspace for drafting AI-assisted partnership proposals, tracking brand deals through a CRM pipeline, building a media kit, and viewing analytics from social accounts you connect.

Creatrne is a drafting and organisation tool — not a marketing service, lead-generation service, or outreach service. You are the only person who decides what gets sent to a brand and when. Creatrne does not contact brands on your behalf, does not promise that any brand will reply, and does not promise that you will earn any specific amount of money.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Creatrne. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@creatrne.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Creatrne to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the platform
• Use the platform in any way that violates the terms of Meta (Instagram), Google (YouTube), or any other third-party platform whose APIs Creatrne connects to
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Creatrne's systems or other users' accounts
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk outreach, or automated messaging to brands or other third parties through content generated on Creatrne
• Impersonate any other person, brand, creator, or entity — including misrepresenting ownership of any social media account you connect
• Harass, threaten, or abuse any person through content created on or exported from Creatrne
• Use the platform to distribute malware, phishing links, or any content designed to deceive or harm recipients

5. Content You Publish

Creatrne provides tools to help you create pitches, manage deals, and organise your business. Any content you create, post, or publish using Creatrne — including pitches sent to brands, communications made through integrations, or posts made on any social media platform — is your sole responsibility.

Priyatharshini C and Creatrne are not responsible for any content that you create or publish using the platform, including the accuracy of AI-generated pitch text, outcomes of brand negotiations, or consequences of communications made using content generated by Creatrne.

6. AI-Generated Content

The AI Proposal Drafter produces suggested draft text based on brand and creator data you provide. The output is a starting point only. It is not a guarantee of accuracy, completeness, fitness for any purpose, or that the proposal will result in a brand deal, reply, sponsorship, or any payment.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving any AI-generated content before sending it to any brand or third party. Creatrne does not transmit drafts to brands automatically — you choose whether, when, and how to send them, using your own email or messaging tools.

Like any AI system, the model may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or off-brand text. Treat all output as a draft to be edited, not as final copy.

7. No Guarantees of Outcomes

Outcomes in the creator industry depend on factors entirely outside Creatrne's control — your audience, niche, content quality, timing, the brand's budget cycle, market conditions, your negotiation skills, and many others. Creatrne cannot influence any of these.

No income claims. Any earnings figures, deal-size benchmarks, or rate-card examples shown on the marketing site, in the dashboard, or in support content are illustrative only. They are not a forecast, projection, or promise of what you will earn. Past results of other creators are not indicative of future results for you.

Failing to land brand deals, replies, sponsorships, or revenue while using Creatrne is not a defect of the service and is not grounds for a refund. Refund eligibility is governed solely by our Refund Policy.

8. Third-Party Platform Compliance

Creatrne connects to third-party APIs including the YouTube Data API v3, YouTube Analytics API, and Instagram Graph API. Your use of these connections is subject to the terms of those platforms:

We may terminate or suspend your access to Creatrne, including connected integrations, if your use violates the terms of any third-party platform whose APIs we use.

9. Subscriptions and Payments

9.1 Plans and Pricing

Creatrne offers a free plan and two paid subscription plans:

• Free — $0, includes 5 proposal generations in total (lifetime) and up to 5 CRM deals
• Creator Pro — $19/month or $180/year (billed annually, ~$15/month)
• Creator Elite — $49/month or $468/year (billed annually, ~$39/month)

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are calculated and collected at checkout based on your billing location and shown before purchase.

9.2 Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor acting as the Merchant of Recordfor all purchases. This means the payment processor, not Creatrne, is responsible for charging your payment method, collecting and remitting applicable taxes, and issuing invoices. Your billing relationship for the transaction is with the payment processor, and the payment processor's checkout terms and privacy policy apply to that relationship. The current payment processor and a link to their terms are shown on the checkout page at the time of purchase. Creatrne does not see, store, or process your payment card details.

9.3 Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current rate, using the payment method on file, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise the payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal date.

9.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing inside the Creatrne dashboard, or by emailing support@creatrne.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, and no further charges are made after that.

Cancelling does not, on its own, refund any amount already paid. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

9.5 Plan Changes (Upgrades and Downgrades)

You may upgrade or downgrade between paid plans at any time from Settings > Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and the payment processor will charge a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period — the lower price applies from that date forward, and no pro-rata refund is issued for the remainder of the current period.

9.6 Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, the payment processor will retry the charge over several days and notify you by email to update your payment method. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription will be downgraded to the Free plan and access to paid features will be removed. Your data is retained.

9.7 Pricing Changes

We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Existing subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect on their plan. You may cancel before the increase takes effect to avoid the new price.

10. Service Availability

Creatrne is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. There is no uptime service level agreement (SLA). We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime, outages, or interruptions.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the platform at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Priyatharshini C and Creatrne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Creatrne shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your use violates the terms of Meta, Google, or any connected third-party platform
• We are required to do so by law or regulation

You may close your account at any time by contacting legal@creatrne.com.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of Creatrne after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
