Creatrne is operated by Priyatharshini C, an individual sole proprietor based in Navi Mumbai, India. By using Creatrne, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. What Creatrne Is

Creatrne is a creator business platform that provides content creators and influencers with tools to manage brand deals, track earnings, store contacts, generate AI-assisted pitch documents, and view connected social media analytics.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Creatrne. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@creatrne.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Creatrne to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the platform
• Use the platform in any way that violates the terms of Meta (Instagram), Google (YouTube), or any other third-party platform whose APIs Creatrne connects to
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Creatrne's systems or other users' accounts
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk outreach, or automated messaging to brands or other third parties through content generated on Creatrne
• Impersonate any other person, brand, creator, or entity — including misrepresenting ownership of any social media account you connect
• Harass, threaten, or abuse any person through content created on or exported from Creatrne
• Use the platform to distribute malware, phishing links, or any content designed to deceive or harm recipients

5. Content You Publish

Creatrne provides tools to help you create pitches, manage deals, and organise your business. Any content you create, post, or publish using Creatrne — including pitches sent to brands, communications made through integrations, or posts made on any social media platform — is your sole responsibility.

Priyatharshini C and Creatrne are not responsible for any content that you create or publish using the platform, including the accuracy of AI-generated pitch text, outcomes of brand negotiations, or consequences of communications made using content generated by Creatrne.

6. AI-Generated Content

The AI Pitch Generator produces suggested text based on brand and creator data you provide. This content is a starting point — not a guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before sending it to any brand or third party.

7. Third-Party Platform Compliance

Creatrne connects to third-party APIs including the YouTube Data API v3, YouTube Analytics API, and Instagram Graph API. Your use of these connections is subject to the terms of those platforms:

• YouTube / Google: youtube.com/t/terms
• Instagram / Meta: facebook.com/terms.php

We may terminate or suspend your access to Creatrne, including connected integrations, if your use violates the terms of any third-party platform whose APIs we use.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Creatrne offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro and Plus). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Paddle, our payment processor. Subscription details, pricing, and cancellation terms are presented at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice to subscribers. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact legal@creatrne.com.

9. Service Availability

Creatrne is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. There is no uptime service level agreement (SLA). We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime, outages, or interruptions.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the platform at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Priyatharshini C and Creatrne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Creatrne shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your use violates the terms of Meta, Google, or any connected third-party platform
• We are required to do so by law or regulation

You may close your account at any time by contacting legal@creatrne.com.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of Creatrne after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
