Operator

This platform is operated by Priyatharshini C, an individual operating as a sole proprietor under the name Creatrne, based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

For all privacy-related enquiries, contact: privacy@creatrne.com

1. What Creatrne Is

Creatrne is a software productivity tool for content creators. It provides a workspace for AI-assisted proposal drafting, deal tracking, earnings logging, and viewing analytics from social accounts you connect. It is operated solely by Priyatharshini C.

Creatrne is a drafting and pipeline tool only. It does not send messages to brands on your behalf and does not guarantee any brand deal, reply, sponsorship, or income. See our Terms of Service for the full no-outcome-guarantee position.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create a Creatrne account, we collect your name, email address, and a password (stored in hashed form). We do not store plain-text passwords.

2.2 YouTube Data (via YouTube API Services)

Creatrne uses YouTube API Services — specifically the YouTube Data API v3 and the YouTube Analytics API — to read your channel name, subscriber count, video metadata, public channel statistics, and private analytics (click-through rate, average view duration, and traffic source breakdown) for your own videos. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can review Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and revoke Creatrne's access at any time via https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. These metrics are accessed only with your explicit consent.

This data is used exclusively to:

  • Populate your Creatrne analytics dashboard
  • Personalise brand deal proposal recommendations based on your actual channel performance

We never upload, post, modify, delete, or take any action on your YouTube account or content. Access is strictly read-only. Raw YouTube API data is not stored beyond 30 days. You can disconnect YouTube at any time from Settings > Connected Accounts.

2.3 Instagram Data (via Instagram Graph API)

If you choose to connect your Instagram account, Creatrne uses the Instagram Graph API (accessed under the Meta Platform Terms) to read your Instagram username, follower count, profile information, and post performance metrics including reach, impressions, saves, and engagement rate for your own posts. Scopes requested: instagram_business_basic (profile + username) and instagram_business_manage_insights (post-level insights).

This data is used exclusively to:

  • Confirm the correct Instagram account is connected to your Creatrne profile
  • Populate your analytics dashboard with your growth data
  • Enhance AI-generated brand proposals with accurate reach and engagement figures

We never post, comment, like, follow, unfollow, send messages, or perform any action on your Instagram account. Access is strictly read-only. Instagram Graph API requires a Creator or Business account. Raw Instagram Graph API data is not stored beyond 30 days.

2.4 Brand Research Data (via Apify)

When you use the AI Proposal Drafter, you provide a brand's public Instagram URL and website URL. Creatrne passes these to Apify, a third-party data service, which scrapes publicly available information from that brand's public profile and website. This data is used only to generate your proposal draft and is cached for 7–14 days. No private data from any Instagram account is accessed in this flow.

2.5 Deal and Earnings Data

Information you enter into the CRM, deal tracker, and earnings tracker (deal values, brand names, deliverables, payment amounts) is stored in our database and is never shared with third parties.

2.6 Usage Data

We may collect basic usage information such as pages visited, features used, and session duration for the purpose of improving the product. On our marketing and checkout pages we also fire Meta Pixel events (page view, signup completion, checkout initiation, purchase) and send corresponding server-side events to the Meta Conversions API. These are used solely to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. See Section 5 (Third-Party Services) and Section 10 (Cookies) for full disclosure and opt-out controls.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to:

  • Provide and operate the Creatrne platform
  • Populate your analytics dashboard with your own social media data
  • Generate personalised brand proposal drafts
  • Send you platform notifications and follow-up reminders you have configured
  • Respond to your support and data requests
  • We do not use the dashboard data you enter (deals, earnings, contacts, proposal drafts) for any advertising purpose.
  • We do not use your data to train AI models.
  • We do use Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API on our marketing and checkout pages to measure our own advertising. We do not use Meta Pixel to retarget you on third-party sites. See Section 5 and Section 10 for full disclosure.

4. Data We Do Not Sell or Share

  • We never sell your personal data to any third party.
  • We never share your data with data brokers.
  • We never share the dashboard data you enter (deals, earnings, contacts, proposal drafts) for any advertising purpose.
  • We do not share your data with partners for their own use.

The data sharing that does occur is:

  • Passing your brand research inputs (a brand's public Instagram URL and website URL) to Apify to scrape public information used in proposal drafting
  • Sending proposal-generation inputs (brand summary, your creator profile, the prompt you configure) to the Anthropic Claude API to generate proposal text. We do not send your account email, password, billing details, or CRM data to Anthropic.
  • Sending pseudonymous Meta Pixel events from your browser (page view, signup, checkout initiation, purchase) and Meta Conversions API events from our server (purchase, with your email hashed with SHA-256) to Meta for the limited purpose of measuring our own advertising
  • Processing payments through a third-party payment processor that acts as the Merchant of Record for all paid subscriptions (we do not handle, see, or store card details). The current payment processor and a link to its privacy policy are shown on the checkout page at the time of purchase.
  • Hosting application code on Render (US, Oregon region) and storing your data in Supabase's managed Postgres + Storage (US, AWS us-west-1 region)

5. Third-Party Services That Touch Your Data

The following third-party services (sub-processors) are used in the operation of Creatrne:

RenderCloud hosting for the web application and Redis-compatible key-value cache (US, Oregon region)
SupabaseManaged Postgres database, authentication, and object storage for media-kit assets and avatars (US, AWS us-west-1 region)
AnthropicClaude API — generates AI proposal text from the brand summary and creator profile you configure
ApifyPublic brand data scraping (Instagram + website) for proposal context
Meta Pixel + CAPIPseudonymous browser-side and server-side conversion events (page views, signups, checkout initiation, purchases) used solely to measure our own advertising. Server-side events include your email address hashed with SHA-256. See Section 10 for opt-out controls.
Meta IG GraphRead-only access to your Instagram profile, follower count, and post-level insights (only if you connect Instagram)
GoogleYouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Analytics API — read-only access to your channel data (only if you connect YouTube)
CloudflareTurnstile CAPTCHA on signup, login, and the contact form
UpstashQStash — signed delivery of scheduled background jobs (cron) used for cleanup, notifications, and Meta data-deletion processing
ResendTransactional email delivery for Supabase Auth (account verification, password reset)
GoDaddySMTP — outbound email delivery for the contact form
Dodo PaymentsMerchant of Record — payment processing, subscription management, tax collection, and invoicing

Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy. We do not control how these services process data on their own infrastructure.

6. Data Retention

  • Raw YouTube API and Instagram Graph API data: not stored beyond 30 days
  • Brand proposal cache: 7–14 days
  • Account data: retained for as long as your account is active
  • Deal and earnings data: retained until you delete your account or request deletion

When you delete your account:your authentication record, profile, CRM data (deals, contacts, pitches), earnings, and storage assets (avatar, media-kit images) are removed within seconds. If you have a paid Creatrne subscription at the time of deletion, the subscription is automatically cancelled to prevent further billing; the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so no further charges occur. The payment processor (Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record) retains its own billing record (past charges, the cancellation event, invoices) per its own retention policy — that record is held by Dodo, not by Creatrne, and is governed by Dodo's privacy terms.

7. Data Security and Protection Mechanisms

Creatrne implements robust security measures to protect your sensitive data, including access tokens and channel analytics:

  • Encryption in Transit: All communications between your browser and our servers are encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher (HTTPS), ensuring that your data cannot be intercepted during transmission.
  • Encryption at Rest: All user data stored in our PostgreSQL database is encrypted at the storage level using AES-256 encryption, managed by our infrastructure provider (Supabase/AWS).
  • Secure Token Management: Platform access tokens (YouTube/Instagram) are stored in a secured database environment. We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure that only the authenticated owner of the data can access or retrieve these tokens.
  • Access Isolation: We operate on a principle of least privilege. Our internal systems do not have a "master key" to access your private social media tokens; they are retrieved only by the application logic during an active session to fetch your analytics.
  • Revocation:You have full control to revoke Creatrne's access to your Google/YouTube data at any time via your Google Security Settings, which immediately renders any stored tokens invalid.

8. Your Rights and Controls

Because Creatrne is operated from India, processing of your personal data is governed by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Under the DPDP Act and applicable global privacy frameworks, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Revoke platform (YouTube / Instagram) access at any time via Settings > Connected Accounts

10. Cookies

Creatrne uses two categories of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary — session, authentication, CSRF, and OAuth state cookies that the platform needs to function.
  • Ad measurement — Meta Pixel sets _fbp (and _fbc if you arrived via a Meta ad) as first-party cookies on creatrne.com. These cookies, plus pseudonymous browser-side events (page view, signup, checkout, purchase), are sent to Meta solely to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We do not use Meta Pixel to retarget you on third-party sites.

See our Cookie Policy for the full list of cookies and opt-out controls (browser tracking-protection, content blockers, and Meta's Off-Facebook Activity controls).

11. Children's Privacy

Creatrne is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact privacy@creatrne.com and we will delete the account promptly.

12. Changes to This Policy
