5.1 Refund Window

Creatrne offers a 7-day money-back refund window from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within 7 days of your subscription start date.

5.2 Refund Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchase
  • NOT have generated 5 or more pitches within the 7-day refund window
  • If you generate 5 or more pitches within the first 7 days, you forfeit refund eligibility

5.3 Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Email support@creatrne.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  • Include your account email and subscription purchase date
  • Creatrne will verify your eligibility within 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

5.4 Non-Refundable Items

  • Annual subscription plans (non-refundable; monthly plans eligible)
  • Subscriptions where the 7-day window has expired
  • Subscriptions where 5+ pitches have been generated
