Refund Policy

1. What You Are Paying For

Your Creatrne subscription pays for access to software features — AI-assisted proposal drafting, the deal-tracking CRM, the media-kit builder, the earnings tracker, and the analytics dashboard. You are not paying for, and Creatrne does not promise, any business outcome.

No-outcome refunds. Not landing any brand deal, sponsorship, reply, or income while using Creatrne is not a defect of the service and is not, on its own, grounds for a refund. The same applies to:

  • Brands not replying to a draft you sent
  • Earning less than you hoped
  • An AI-generated draft you didn't find persuasive enough
  • Disappointment with response rates, conversion rates, or growth

Refund eligibility is governed solely by Sections 3–6 below. For the broader no-guarantees position, see Section 7 of our Terms of Service.

2. Merchant of Record

Payments for Creatrne subscriptions are processed by a third-party payment processor acting as the Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by the payment processor back to the original payment method used at checkout. Creatrne does not charge or refund cards directly. The current payment processor is identified on the checkout page at the time of purchase and on your billing receipts.

3. Refund Window

Creatrne offers a 7-day money-back refund window from the date of your initial subscription purchase. To be eligible, your refund request must be received within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.

The 7-day window applies to your first paid subscription only. Renewal charges (monthly or annual auto-renewals after the initial purchase) are not covered by this window — see Section 5.

4. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a refund, all of the following must be true:

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • You have generated fewer than 10 proposals on the paid plan since purchase
  • The account has not been suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Service

Generating 10 or more proposals within the refund window is treated as substantial use of the paid service and forfeits refund eligibility, since the AI generation cost has already been incurred on your behalf.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Email support@creatrne.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  • Include the email address on your Creatrne account and the date of purchase (or order/transaction ID from your receipt, if you have it)
  • We will verify eligibility against the conditions in Section 4 within 2–3 business days and reply with a decision
  • Approved refunds are submitted to the payment processor, which returns the funds to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit

Once a refund is approved, your subscription is cancelled immediately and access to paid features ends.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Subscriptions where the 7-day window from initial purchase has expired
  • Subscriptions where 5 or more proposals have been generated since purchase
  • Auto-renewal charges (monthly or annual). To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel before the renewal date — cancellation is available any time from Settings > Billing
  • Partial periods after a downgrade (the lower plan begins at the next billing cycle, with no pro-rata refund for the remainder of the current period)
  • Accounts terminated for violations of the Terms of Service

7. EU / UK Statutory Rights

If you are a consumer based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

By starting to use Creatrne — including generating any pitch — during the 14-day withdrawal period, you expressly request the immediate supply of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once the service has been fully supplied. Where the service has only been partially supplied, you remain entitled to a refund proportionate to the unused portion, calculated by the payment processor in line with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a billing concern, please contact support@creatrne.com before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most issues — accidental purchases, forgotten cancellations, double charges — can be resolved within 1–2 business days. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending resolution of the dispute with the payment processor.

9. Cancellation vs Refund

Cancelling stops future renewals — your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period and you are not charged again. It does not, on its own, refund money already paid. A refund reverses a prior charge and is only available where the conditions in this policy are met. You can cancel any time from Settings > Billing in the dashboard.
