1. Introduction

Creatrne is operated by Priyatharshini C, an individual sole proprietor based in Navi Mumbai, India. This Cookie Policy explains how Creatrne ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on creatrne.com. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

2. Cookies We Use

Creatrne uses two categories of cookies. The first are strictly necessary for the platform to function (no consent required under the EU ePrivacy Directive). The second are used for ad measurement on our marketing and checkout pages.

2.1 Strictly necessary

• Session cookie — keeps you signed in to your Creatrne account between page loads. Cleared when you sign out or when the session expires.
• Authentication cookie — issued by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth) to verify your identity on each request. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax.
• CSRF token — short-lived token used to protect form submissions and OAuth flows from cross-site request forgery.
• OAuth state cookie — short-lived cookie used during YouTube and Instagram connection flows to prevent OAuth replay attacks.

2.2 Ad measurement (Meta Pixel)

When you visit our marketing pages (the homepage, /pricing, /about, etc.) we load Meta Pixel from connect.facebook.net. Meta Pixel sets the following first-party cookies on creatrne.com:

• _fbp — pseudonymous browser identifier used to attribute conversions to our Meta ad campaigns. Lifetime: up to 90 days.
• _fbc — set only if you arrived at Creatrne via a Meta ad. Contains the click ID for the originating ad. Lifetime: up to 90 days.

Meta Pixel sends pseudonymous events (page view, signup completion, checkout initiation, purchase) to Meta. Our server also fires a Purchase event via the Meta Conversions API when you complete a subscription, using your email address hashed with SHA-256. These events let us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and build lookalike audiences. We do not use Meta Pixel to retarget you across other websites — that is Meta's general advertising infrastructure, controlled by your own Meta account settings.

3. What We Do Not Use

Beyond the cookies disclosed in Section 2, Creatrne does not use any of the following:

• Third-party analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, Amplitude, etc.)
• Tracking pixels from any platform other than Meta Pixel disclosed in Section 2.2 (no TikTok Pixel, no Pinterest Tag, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no Twitter/X Pixel, etc.)
• Cross-site retargeting cookies that follow you on other websites
• Data-broker or audience-segment cookies
• Session-replay or heatmap tools (Hotjar, FullStory, LogRocket, etc.)

We do not sell, share, or rent any data collected through cookies. See Section 4 of our Privacy Policy for the full no-sale and no-share commitment.

4. Controlling Cookies

Browser-level: most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies (Section 2.1) will sign you out and prevent the dashboard from working. Blocking Meta Pixel cookies (Section 2.2) does not affect the platform — you can use Creatrne normally with them blocked.

Opt-out controls for Meta Pixel:

• Use your browser's built-in tracking protection (Firefox Strict, Safari Intelligent Tracking Prevention, Brave Shields, etc.)
• Install a content blocker (uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, etc.) — these block Meta Pixel by default
• Adjust your ad preferences in your Meta account at facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads
• Manage Meta's "Off-Facebook Activity" at facebook.com/off_facebook_activity/activity_list

EU / EEA / UK / Swiss users: under the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, the legal basis for ad-measurement cookies is your prior consent. Creatrne is a US-launched product and the service is not directed at EU/EEA users; if you nonetheless arrive from those jurisdictions and prefer not to participate, please use one of the controls above before navigating further into the site.

You can also revoke any third-party platform connection (YouTube, Instagram) at any time from Settings > Connected Accounts inside the dashboard.
